Team Profile
General Management Team
| Each portfolio management team is supported by HARVARD
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC.'s head office support network,
including information and technology systems; the CMM operations
centre; technical services; lease documentation and legal;
insurance and risk management; centralized check processing; and
general administration. The General Management team is
responsible for coordinating this support, as well as developing
business strategy and governing the affairs of HARVARD PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT INC. |

Steve N. Enns, RPA, Broker - Vice President & General Manager
Leading an exceptional team of management personnel, Steve oversees property management for Harvard Developments Inc., its building partners and several other private, institutional and public investors. Presently, this diversified portfolio of primarily Class A properties throughout Western Canada consists of nearly 5.0 million square feet of office, retail and industrial real estate valued at over $600M.
Steve is accountable for the total enterprise performance of Harvard Property Management Inc., a subsidiary of Harvard Developments, and is licensed as the company’s broker with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. During 25 years with Harvard, Steve has organized property management activities for private and public enterprises both in Canada and the United States. He is a member of Harvard’s senior management team guiding real estate and corporate initiatives for The Hill Companies.
In recent years, Steve participated in updating the City of Regina’s Downtown Neighborhood Plan; an extensive strategy designed to inform property development in downtown Regina for the next 20 years; and he is serving a second term on the Board of Directors with the Regina Downtown Business Improvement District. As a member of the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce, Steve is actively involved with property tax reform; and in 2010 was honored to accept the Chamber’s Paragon Award for Environmental Excellence recognizing Harvard’s environmental stewardship in property management.
Referring to a company motto, Service is our Finest Property, Steve often says that “property management is not about bricks ‘n mortar; it’s about people”. Delivering service excellence to customers is a primary objective for Steve, and his team.

Z. A. (Tony) Prsa, CET, RPA, CPM, Broker- Vice President,
Alberta Operations
Tony oversees management of Harvard Property Management Inc.'s third
party portfolio throughout Western Canada, as well as providing
guidance to the technical support team that provides service to
HARVARD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC.'s entire managed portfolio.
After receiving an honors diploma in Engineering Technology from
Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Tony focused on
construction and development management before seeking the
challenge of property management in 1990. Since that time, he
has held general management positions with Koyl Real Estate,
Brookfield LePage, tgsProperties and now HARVARD PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT INC.. Tony holds an Applied Science Technologist,
Certified Property Manager and his Real Property Administrator
designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. |

Chris Burrell - Technical Services & Maintenance Manager
Chris is accountable to provide superior response and customer
service primarily to internal stakeholders, with a secondary
focus on the property owner, while overseeing the administration
of and providing leadership to the central call centre and the
Technical Service team. Chris began his career at Harvard in
1996 after receiving his Building Systems Technology Program
from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology
where he also serves as a board member for the BST Program.
Chris is an active member of the American Society of Heating,
Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc (ASHRAE).
Chris also has SMT (System Maintenance Technician) designation
from the Building Owners And Managers Institute. |

Michele LeBlanc - Manager, Information Systems
With over 20 years information technology experience in the
Commercial Real Estate industry, Michele is responsible for
providing strategic planning and superior customer service in
relation to the information systems of HARVARD PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT INC.. This includes the LAN, the property management
accounting software, all related hardware and software
purchases, business continuity planning, the supervision of
information systems personnel and the assessment of computer
training needs within the organization. She is also accountable
for the development, implementation and maintenance of
management information systems as required to fulfill business
objectives. |
Portfolio Management Team
The greatest strength of our company is our people and their
collective talents. HARVARD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. organizes this
talent through portfolio management teams in order to create focus
and common purpose. These teams are formed as needed to care for the
type and size of property to be managed. The cost of employing these
team members is typically charged to the operating account of the
property. The portfolio team offers a measure of each discipline;
management, administration, accounting, operations and maintenance;
with which to effectively deliver superior real estate service.
Each portfolio management team consists of several members, either
on an exclusive or pooled basis, depending on the size of portfolio
and the particular needs of the owner or property. The team may
consist of personnel in the following positions:
Property Manager
The Manager’s role is to develop effective management, tenant
relations and lease up strategies for the Property and to oversee
the daily activities of the team assigned to carry them out. The
Manager is regularly in contact with the building owner and tenants.
Marketing Director
Promoting the retail property, its merchants and the available
merchandise is the primary goal of the Marketing Director. This role
entails the coordination of advertising pieces, promotional events,
community programs and media relations.
Maintenance Supervisor
The Supervisor pays strict attention to the needs of the tenants and
the property, and is responsible to coordinate and oversee the day
to day delivery of maintenance, tenant service response and
contracted services.
Building Operator
The Operator focuses on tenant service and comfort, and will attend
to the building systems, respond to tenant calls, carry out
preventive maintenance and perform other operations duties as
required.
Property Accountant
The Accountant provides a high level of financial and analytical
support with which to make timely and informed decisions. This
individual administers financial data for the property, preparing
statements, GST returns, attending to cash flow disbursements and
compiling budget schedules.
Senior Property Administrator
The Senior Administrator’s primary focus is the preparation of
regular and comprehensive management reports. In addition this
individual will supervise rent collections, assist the Manager with
ad hoc requests and be the point person in compiling the annual
operating budget for the Property.
Property Management Administrator
Reviewing leases, accumulating sales figures, calculating rents and
other tenant charges, collecting rents and handling vendor invoices
are the Administrator’s main areas of responsibility. This
individual will also assist with completing forms, tracking tenant
insurance and handling ad hoc reports.
Administrative Assistant
As office and administrative support for the team, the
Administrative Assistant carries out office duties, organizes tenant
functions, assists with the accounts receivable and accounts payable
process and prepares correspondence.
